Please note that level 1 is suitable for complete beginners and people who haven’t been doing pilates on a regular basis. Level 2 is suitable for students who are more advanced. Irek will offer modifications throughout the class.

Pilates Level 1 – 2

Pilates (L1-2) class is a series of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, and regular practice can help you achieve your goals, whatever your age or level of fitness. One key benefit is to develop your core, which improves co-ordination, posture and balance.

 

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the classical Pilates method with exercise variations.

Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Piltes Blast

Pilates Blast is a short and fun workout for everyone. In ths fast paced class, you will focus on your mobility, strength, and body awareness to increase your fitness levels.

To give you a comprehensive muscle and joint workout, you will move your spine and all the joints in all of their natural directions.

Each session will be different and unique with different levels variations.

Pilates Workout

If you are looking for a dynamic and fun workout based on Pilates principles of strengthening the core and improving body awareness in a safe environment, this is a right class for you!

In this class, the focus is on quality of movement and increasing body proprioception, stretching, strengthening muscles and improving posture.

Exercises are varied and each session will be designed to put more emphasis on different body parts. Variations also will be suggested so you can adjust to your level and ability of each exercise or movement. What you can expect is the faster flow and intensity put in the design of this 45-minute Pilates workout.

Restorative Pilates

Restorative Pilates class is mat based and specifically designed for anyone who wouldn’t be able to attend a regular class due to injury or other health condition, or is a complete beginner.
 
The focus of this low-impact class will be to gently mobilise the whole body, increase the range of motion and improve body awareness. There will be plenty of modifications to adapt for various types of injuries.
 
Research shows that Pilates can help ease low back pain, improve sleep and even support mental well-being.
