Please note that level 1 is suitable for complete beginners and people who haven’t been doing pilates on a regular basis. Level 2 is suitable for students who are more advanced. Irek will offer modifications throughout the class.

Pilates Level 1 – 2
Pilates (L1-2) class is a series of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, and regular practice can help you achieve your goals, whatever your age or level of fitness. One key benefit is to develop your core, which improves co-ordination, posture and balance.
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the classical Pilates method with exercise variations.
Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
Piltes Blast
Pilates Blast is a short and fun workout for everyone. In ths fast paced class, you will focus on your mobility, strength, and body awareness to increase your fitness levels.
To give you a comprehensive muscle and joint workout, you will move your spine and all the joints in all of their natural directions.
Pilates Workout
In this class, the focus is on quality of movement and increasing body proprioception, stretching, strengthening muscles and improving posture.
Exercises are varied and each session will be designed to put more emphasis on different body parts. Variations also will be suggested so you can adjust to your level and ability of each exercise or movement. What you can expect is the faster flow and intensity put in the design of this 45-minute Pilates workout.
