The Pilates Reformer
The Pilates Reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment that helps you to find length and space in the body while under spring tension.
Reformer Pilates uses a sliding carriage that moves back and forth along a track. The carriage connects to springs of varying resistance, which provide the weight for the exercises you perform. The reformer also has long straps with handles on them that are attached to the top end of the frame.
This piece of equipment helps create internal pressure to elongate the spine, joints, and muscles, leading to greater flexibility, strength, stamina, and a more balanced posture.
The reformer can train many parts of the body in many different ways with just one piece of equipment!
The Pilates Half Cadillac
The Half Cadillac is a large, wall-mounted metal frame that allows you to perform Pilates exercises. There are springs attached to provide different levels of resistance as well as a roll-down bar, a push-through bar, and leg and arm straps.
When using the Half Cadillac, the emphasis is placed on the goals of the exercises, biomechanics, and alignment, as well as cueing and correcting for safety and effectiveness.

Where Will My Session Be?
Irek teaches private equipment pilates out of his studio in London, Integrity Centre, located at 25 Finsbury Circus, EC2N 7EE.
Private equipment pilates can only be taught in the studio – if you’d like to try a private session online through Zoom, try a private mat pilates session.
What Should I Wear?
Pilates is best practiced in clothes that are comfortable, and easy to move and stretch in.
What Should I Bring?
If you’re attending a private equipment pilates session in person, the main thing you need is yourself and comfortable clothes to move in! Irek is able to provide all Pilates equipment.
How Many Private Sessions Should I Book?
Depending on what your goals are, Irek will recommend how many private sessions will benefit you. It’s suggested to book 10 private sessions on a weekly basis to have visible results and experience benefits.
